Taking into consideration that the plexiglas material is approved for contact with food, the usage of it in this sector is relatively large. Plexiglas contains no toxic substances, phthalates or flame retardants. Plexiglas is also used as replacement of original glass counters in shops with food due to possible presence of glass fragments in food.
